Venus is a certified Balanced Body and STOTT Pilates instructor with years of experience in designing and leading Pilates classes. She is also a certified pre & postnatal pilates instructor.

Venus loves helping students to achieve their health & fitness goals like improved core strength, posture and body awareness. She aims to influence more people to learn Pilates, thereby improving their wellbeing, mood and reducing the risk of injury.

Cherry Ng

A certified Polestar Pilates Reformer Instructor, Cherry have been practicing pilates for 4 years. She is dedicated to promoting strength and wellness. Fun fact about Cherry, her favorite pilates move is semi circle!

Patricia is a globe-trotting Polestar Pilates instructor who believes a good workout is the best way to rejuvenate in a fast-paced world. She started her Pilates journey dedicated to improve posture alignment and flexibility, and is still passionately disciplined to build lean muscles and core strength. Her teaching style is intentional and dynamic, with a mission to help clients look and feel their best gaining renewed energy after classes.

Natalie began her journey as a ballet dancer in childhood and later discovered the transformative benefits of Pilates. This practice has improve her body control, eased back pain and brought joy through stretching. In Natalie’s Classes, she emphasize precise movements and deep body awareness. Her goal is to inspire clients to embrace their body and enjoy the journey of Pilates as much as she does.

I’m a certified Pilates, yoga, and personal trainer dedicated to transforming lives through movement. Integrating sports science and recovery techniques, I specialize in posture correction and body sculpting to boost confidence and create a strong, balanced physique.
